I love the way Melissa Clark writes about food in the New York Times. This is a recipe that I will definitely make when my son comes home from college.  He is a sucker for anything with lemons.

I live for Wednesday’s New York Times because it is Dining day. I devour every page. The ideas, the recipes, the writing–I love it all.
